A head-on crash in Putnam County, Tennessee, on US 70 North near West Gate Drive resulted in one death and three injuries.

A Ford Focus, traveling east, crossed the double yellow line and collided with a westbound Chrysler Pacifica. The Ford veered off the road, while the Chrysler flipped, partially blocking the westbound lane.
