Rockwood Electric Utility needs to have a PLANNED outage at the Kingston Substation starting at 10:00 pm on Tuesday evening, February 10, 2026 to perform some preventive maintenance inside the station. This work was identified during the recent cold weather. The weather forecast for tomorrow night is favorable for an outage on such short notice and the work can only be done with the station de-energized. The outage is expected to last less than two hours and only affects customers fed from the Kingston Substation. Attached is an image with the affected areas.
