📢 Planned Power Outage Notification – Kingston Substation ⚡

Rockwood Electric Utility would like to extend a big thank you to all our customers served by the Kingston Substation for your patience and cooperation during the previous planned power outage.

🔌 To complete the next phase and return the transmission system to normal, TVA and REU will conduct a planned 2-hour outage starting at midnight on Thursday night (10/23) into early Friday morning (10/24). This outage is necessary for TVA to re-install jumpers and perform switching operations. For the safety of all TVA and REU personnel, both the transmission line and substation must be completely de-energized during this time.

📍 Only customers served by the Kingston Substation will be affected, and the outage will be similar in scope to the previous one.
