Deputies in Cumberland County recently went to a residence on Hubert Conley Road off Highway 127 North to a report of an intoxicated male attacking the home owner. While in route, officers learned the alleged assailant, 27-year-old Tad Edward Rednour, drove away. Minutes later, he was involved in an accident on the 200 block of Plateau Road after his vehicle collided with a tree. Rednour was taken to U.T. Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

He was arrested yesterday for DUI.
