Funeral services for Regina Rae Browning, age 83, of Crossville, will be Thursday, May 16, at 7 p.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Mansfield, Ohio. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6 to 7 p.m. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Geronda and Stan Moye, and Donna and Bob Shipley; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a stepson, Ted Browning; two step-grandchildren; and a sister, Virginia Wilkerson.
