Rennova Health Inc. has completed its purchase of Jamestown Medical Center in Fentress County. Rennova purchased the Jamestown facility from Community Health Systems Inc. at a total cost of about $1.1 million. The move came as Community Health Systems, Inc., the parent company of Tennova, undertakes a massive selloff of its assets to pay down more than $14 billion in debt.
