Crossville law enforcement pulled over a GMC Yukon driven by Darrell Martin Strand, Jr. of Deer Lodge, Tennessee yesterday (Sunday) for a tail light out. A consent search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a loaded syringe then the passenger door was opened and a small bag of meth fell out and landed on the police officers foot. Strand was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamines, simple possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
