Firefighters in Oak Ridge responded to a residential blaze yesterday on the 100 block of Loyola Lane. Crews arrived to see heavy smoke and flames coming from the carport extending into the residence. All occupants of the dwelling got out safely. The American Red Cross was notified to provide help to the family. A cause of the blaze is under investigation. No further information was released.
