RHEA CO. TRACTOR TRAILER DRIVER ESCAPES INJURY IN CUMBERLAND CO. CRASH

A Rhea County tractor-trailer driver escaped injury in a single vehicle accident on I-40 in Cumberland County this morning. Trooper Jack Alderman says a 2018 Volvo semi driven by 56-year-old Alan Cropley of Evensville was traveling east at the 335 mile marker around 10 a.m. when a tire blew out. That caused the tractor-trailer to run off the right side of the road and overturned. Cropley was restrained at the time of the accident.
