Evans – Richard Allan “Rick” Pass, age 60, a resident of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away Friday, May 30, 2025, at his home. He was born October 1, 1964, in Rockwood, Tennessee. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, an avid believer in Big Foot, and loved to play games on Play Station with his son. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Pass; brother, Tommy Pass; and grandparents, Nellie & Reuban Collett, and Clifford & Reba Pass.

Mother: Janie Easter

Brother: Mike Pass

And several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family would also like to thank his devoted caregiver, Angie Pelfrey.

The family will receive friends Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at the Evans Mortuary. Funeral services will follow on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Evans Mortuary with Pastor David Sizemore officiating. Committal services and interment will follow in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Rockwood, Tennessee with full military honors by the Roane County Military Memorial Honor Guard and the U.S. Army.
