Roane County authorities arrested a subject yesterday on charges. Officers say 28-year-old James Benjamin Franklin was charged with aggravated burglary, vandalism, theft of property and forgery. An incident report regarding the charges was not initially available. Franklin was processed at the Roane County jail.
