ROANE COUNTY DEPUTIES HOLDING FUNDRAISER FOR TEEN WITH BRAIN TUMOR

The Roane County Sheriff’s Department is participating in No Shave November and December. From now until December 31, 2019, with a minimum donation of $100, deputies will be allowed to grow a beard.

Deputies will be doing this to recognize and support Caiyden Grigsby who has recently been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Caiden is a Roane County High School student and daughter of one of their own, Sgt. Mitch Grigsby and his wife Chrysty. The deputy who raises the most money will be allowed to keep their beard through January 31, 2020. The donations made will help with expenses and travel, caused by the multiple trips to Cincinnati’s Children’s Brain Tumor Center.

If you would like to make donations to Caiyden and the Grigsby family, donations can be sent to:

Caiyden Grigsby

1031 S. Roane St.

Checks can be made out to Caiyden Grigsby.

The Roane County Sheriff’s Department asks for continued prayers for Caiyden.
