ROANE COUNTY RESIDENT PLEADS GUILTY TO TAX EVASION
A Roane County man plead guilty to tax evasion following an investigation by the Tennessee Department of Revenue. Judge Jeff Wicks accepted Travis Lynn Lively’s guilty plea to one count of sales tax evasion. Judge Wicks placed Lively on one year probation and ordered him to pay $5,321 in restitution. Lively reportedly provided false information when he registered a truck at the Roane County Clerk’s Office.
