ROANE COUNTY SCHOOL SYSTEM TO BENEFIT FROM THREE GRANTS
The Roane County School System will benefit from three grants coming their way. The Perkins Reserve competitive grants totaled $52,170. The money includes $8,000 for a testing site and site accreditation for Roane County High School, $9,170 to cover testing in all schools and fundamentals at Harriman High, and $35,000 for lab equipment for the health-science program at Rockwood High School.
