Shortly after midnight Sunday, while Roane County deputies were conducting a traffic stop on Tapley Lane in Harriman, they learned one of the vehicle’s occupants, 39-year-old Reginald Stefan Jones, had an active warrant in Roane County for criminal trespass. Jones was arrested and taken to the Roane County jail.
