A Roane County woman was charged with DUI following a vehicle accident with injuries on the 3000 block of Dogwood Road in Cumberland County last Friday. Deputies say the driver, 59-year-old Bonnie Lynn Maxwell of Harriman, had a bottle of Crown Royal in his purse and failed a sobriety test. Maxwell was arrested and taken to the Cumberland County jail.
