ROANE COUNTY WOMAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGE IN CUMBERLAND COUNTY

While on patrol late Saturday night, a Cumberland County deputy observed a vehicle leaving a gas station in Westel with an improper color of a tail light. After the officer initiated his emergency lights to pull the driver over, the report states 31-year-old Lacey Smith Potter of Harriman threw out items from the automobile. Officers recovered those alleged items including a digital scale, a glass pipe and a bag containing a substance believed to be meth. Potter was arrested for manufacture, sale and delivery of a drug.
