A Roane County grand jury indicted a Rockwood woman for aggravated child abuse. Court documents state 42-year-old Kelly Jolena Wolfe stands accused of causing serious injuries to a child under the age of 8 on or before January 8 of this year. Wolfe was arrested yesterday afternoon, taken to jail and initially placed under a $50,000 bond.
