Danny Collins, the Rockwood Airport manager for the past 15 years, is asking the city to approve his request to terminate the agreement between him and the city effective October 31, 2019. The request comes from Collins based on health reasons. The current contract with Collins runs until the year 2023. It is not clear at this time who the city will seek as a new airport manager.
