ROCKWOOD CITY COUNCIL TO MEET TONIGHT

The Rockwood City Council will meet on Monday, September 22, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. Under old business, the agenda includes approving the sale of a portion of property at 116 North Church Avenue, an ordinance on employee overtime computation, and an ordinance amending the city’s zoning map to define planned unit development.
New business items include an ordinance repealing and revising a section of the Rockwood Municipal Code, a resolution authorizing the City Attorney to file a lawsuit regarding property at 608 North Chamberlain Avenue, a resolution to transfer an undeveloped portion of Rockwood Street, a resolution appointing Harold Ishman to the Health and Education Board, and a resolution allowing the City Recorder to accept property tax payments before October 1.
The public is welcome to attend and address the council with any concerns regarding city government.
