A Rockwood man was arrested Thursday after reportedly wanting to have sex with a three-year-old girl. Officers interview an adult female who told them 23-year-old Terence E. Rose asked her if he could have sexual relations with the child. The arrest report then states graphic conversations that Rose allegedly had pertaining to what his intentions were. A meeting was set up at a home in Harriman where officers were waiting for Rose. They took him into custody where he allegedly told authorities he was attracted to three-year-old girls and was there to have sex with the child. Rose was charged with solicitation of rape of a child.
