ROCKWOOD MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE WARRANTS FOLLOWING EARLIER CRASH

BBBTV12 – A Rockwood man has been arrested in connection with a vehicle crash that occurred earlier this month. According to a report from the Rockwood Police Department, 34-year-old Shane Patrick Terry was taken into custody Tuesday evening at 4:07 p.m. on West Wheeler Street.
The arrest stems from five outstanding warrants issued after a single-vehicle accident on Furnace Avenue around 2:30 a.m. on April 13. Police say Terry’s vehicle struck a utility pole and went over an embankment. He was reportedly able to call for help and was later located on Bates Street, where officers, first responders, and an ambulance responded to the scene.
Terry was transported to Turkey Creek Medical Center for treatment and remained hospitalized for several days. After his release, warrants were issued for multiple charges, including DUI, reckless driving, speeding, lack of insurance, and other related offenses.
He was arrested without incident and is currently facing legal proceedings related to the crash.
