Rockwood police are investigating a possible road rage incident that occurred last night around 9:00 p.m. at the intersection of West Strang Street and North Front Street, near the Rockwood Ministerial Association building.

According to Police Chief Kelly Pittman, the incident may have originated near the McDonald’s on North Gateway Avenue. At the intersection, one vehicle pulled up to another and fired a single shot into the side of the second vehicle, which was registered in Ohio.

No injuries were reported.

Surveillance footage from the Ministerial Association building is under review, and the investigation is ongoing.
