ROCKWOOD POLICE ARREST SPRING CITY WOMAN AFTER DRUGS WERE FOUND
A Spring City female was arrested Friday afternoon by Rockwood police officers just after 2:00 p.m.
According to the police report, officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Lenoir Ave and Martin Luther King Drive where the driver was identified as 33-year-old Stephanie Lynn Foland. After consent to search the vehicle was given, officers found illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
Foland was taken into custody and charged with:
- Failure To Appear
- Unlawful Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
- Manufacture, Delivery, Sale, Possession Of Controlled Substance x 2
- Driving On Revoked/Suspended License
- Tampering With Or Fabricating Evidence( Vandalism)
- Attachment For Contempt/Non Support
She remained jailed today at the Roane County Jail on bonds totaling $38,250.
