Two men were elected to the Rocky Top City Council on Tuesday with voters also deciding on two alcohol-related questions. Robert Griffith won one of two seats while Nathan Dison secured the second seat. Residents also voted to allow liquor-by-the drink by a margin of 224 to 180 and voted to allow retail liquor sales by a margin of 237-171. In all 30,502 people voted in Anderson County.
