A Rhea County man is facing charges of child rape and aggravated sexual battery after being indicted by a grand jury. Court documents state 56-year-old Ronald Easter Sr. stands accused of the acts that allegedly took place back in March involving a girl under the age of 12. Easter was taken to the Rhea County jail.
