ROOFING NAILS SCATTERED ON TANSI ROAD, REWARD OFFER FOR THOSE RESPONSIBLE

The Lake Tansi Police Department is offering a $100.00 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for putting a large quantity of roofing nail clusters in the roadway at the dead end of Acoma Drive in Lake Tansi. One person has suffered a loss of two tires already. Lake Tansi Police Officers have taken a magnet and removed as
many nails as could be found but it is likely that there are more there. This area should be avoided to prevent further damage to tires or injury to walkers.

If the person or persons responsible are located, they will be prosecuted for placing nail in the roadway (TCA 55-8-170) and Vandalism (TCA 39-14-408) both of which are arrestable and fineable. If you have any information about this, please contact the Lake Tansi Police Department at 931-788-6388. If your information results in an arrest, you will be awarded the $100.00 reward
and you will remain anonymous.
