An arrest has been made in the break-in and vandalism of a library in Roane County. Officers responded Saturday to the Harriman Public Library. Police later placed 41-year-old Donnie Norman Rose into custody. Rose is charged with burglary, theft of property up $1,000, possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of vandalism.
