A Russell County, Kentucky teenager passed away yesterday from an apparent drowning. Officers say 17-year-old Tyler Grant was swimming near Clifty Creek Boat Ramp with his friends when he began to struggle with cramps and went under. His body was recovered in about 55 feet of water nearly an hour later. Grant would have been a senior  this coming school year.
