Cumberland County deputies responded to a home on the 200 block of Dartmoor Drive Saturday for a disturbance. Officers state 53-year-old Payson Kenneth Bartlett of Crossville reportedly burst into an apartment demanding to know where an individual was staying. Bartlett allegedly brandished a large knife in the process. The suspect left the scene and was later found at a home on Wayne Avenue. Bartlett was charged with felony aggravated assault.
