Cumberland County Schools will be on a 2-hour delay on Monday morning due to excessive water on some roads that will freeze, be careful driving late tonight and Monday morning there will definitely be slick spots.
Morgan County Schools will also be on a 2-hour delay. Also starting 2 hours late will be Pickett, Overton, Putnam, White and Van Buren counties.
