The Harriman City Council last night decided to begin contractual talks with their choice for the new city manager position. Current Midway High School and Harriman native Scott Mason will sit down with Mayor Wayne Best in the next few days to review and accept the terms of a contract. Mason was chosen from 4 candidates. Mayor Best said they were looking mainly for someone from the area with credentials that Mason possesses.
