Sean Kelley has been missing since around November 16th, 2025, when he fled on foot after being transported to Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institution.

The police department says that Sean Kelley was being transported to Moccasin Bend for a Certificate of Need.

Sean is a 22-year-old Caucasian male about 5′ 8″ to 5′ 10″ tall and around 145 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Sean’s mother has spent the past several days restless, worried, and begging for his safe return.
