SEARCH CONTINUES FOR MISSING 5-YEAR-OLD BOY WITH AUTISM
The search for a missing 5-year-old boy with autism continues today as the Dickson County community holds onto hope Joe Clyde Daniels will be found safe. Joe Clyde was last seen at his home on Garner’s Creek Road Tuesday night. His parents discovered he was missing when they went to wake him up for school around 5:20 a.m. After searching their home and property for nearly an hour, they called 911 just before 6:30 a.m. to report the boy missing. Hundreds of volunteers turned out as the search area was expanded to about a mile around the family’s home. At least 400 people showed up to Friendship Baptist Church yesterday to join the search. Joe Clyde was last seen wearing black pajamas with a skeleton design on them. He is non-verbal. Daniels is 4 feet tall and weighs around 65 pounds. He has blond hair and blue eyes.
