The search for 33-year-old John Michael Poss continues. He was added to the TBI 10 Most Wanted list yesterday. Poss is wanted by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department for first-degree murder. He is a Caucasian male, standing 5’8’,  weighs 155 pounds is bald and has blue eyes.

A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

Poss is from McMinnville and authorities say he has connections in Smith County.

Sheriff Casey Cox told 105.7 News today Poss is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of 30-year-old Austin Shane Lewis at a home in Neverfail Road in September 2020.
