Monroe County authorities are searching for a missing 14-year-old teenager. Officers say Chloey Woods was last seen January 18, 2018 around 11 p.m. in Madisonville. Investigators believe she is with 18-year-old Joseph Whited and his mother Rhonda A. Milsap who live in the Clinton and Knoxville area. Woods has auburn red hair and usually wears it in a bun. She is known to wear black reading glasses and has her ears pierced. She is 5-feet-tall and weighs 112 pounds. The report says a large black duffel bag was missing from her home along with two pairs of shoes. Investigators believe she may be wearing black ankle high boots that have laces and fur on the top.
