SECOND PERSON CHARGED IN SETTING SEQUATCHIE COUNTY WILDFIRES
Another person has been charged with setting wildfires in Sequatchie County. The Tennessee Dept. of Agriculture’s Crime unit, along with county authorities, have charged 24-year-old Dakota Ashton Tucker of Monteagle, with deliberately setting a personal property fire which scorched 65 acres. The fire was originally set Nov. 14 along Sunshine Rd. Tucker, who has been charged with the Class E felony, is in the Grundy County Jail. Additional charges are pending.
