Coalfield School announces a new security feature to enhance the safety of the students and staff.

The main entrance now includes an on-camera system with a secure access button.

Visitors will notice a camera and call button mounted on the brick wall to the right of the school’s main doors. To request entry, press the button, and the office staff will grant access by remotely unlocking the far-right door.

School officials say the safety of the children is the top priority. The added measure allows them to maintain a secure environment while welcoming visitors.
