SEVEN ARRESTED ON VARIOUS CHARGES AFTER SEARCH WARRANT SERVED
Fentress County deputies served a search warrant at a home on 795 Little Hurricane Trail. The arrest report notes officers entered the residence and one occupant, 21-year-old Hunter Dixon, allegedly refused to listen to commands from law enforcement. After a struggle, Dixon was taken into custody. Authorities reportedly found over 30 grams of meth, around 50 grams of marijuana, multiple types of drug paraphernalia, several firearms. Also located included multiple stolen items including a .40 caliber pistol stolen from Ohio, a trailer taken from Overton County, and another trailer stolen from Putnam County. The search warrant resulted in the arrest of seven individuals with charges ranging from possession of meth, possession of a firearm in commission of a felony, possession of a Schedule VI drug for resale, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, theft of property, resisting arrest, felon in possession of a firearm and more. 21-year-old Katelyn Lynn of Putnam County – $5,000 bond
51-year-old Jerry Ashburn of Fentress County – $5,000 bond
