Several students were taken to the hospital after a school bus crash in Coffee County Wednesday morning. Officials reported that nine students were transported after the crash at Spring and Coffee streets. The students sustained minor injuries. School personnel said the bus was going through an intersection when a vehicle T-boned the school bus. Manchester Police said the crash involved a school bus and two other vehicles, one of which lost its brakes, hit the side of the bus and struck another vehicle.

The bus was headed to Coffee County Middle School, but no bus number has been released. Manchester City Police, the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, and the fire department responded to the scene. Officials said the school bus was badly damaged.
