SEX OFFENDER ARRESTED IN CROSSVILLE
A man wanted on an outstanding warrant for violating the sex offender registry was arrested by Crossville police yesterday (Tuesday, May 17, 2017). Officers found 52-year-old Andy Clay Phillips on Obed Street and he was taken into custody without incident. According to the sex offender registry, Phillips was convicted in September 2002 for lewd acts against a child out of Lake, Florida.
