A convicted sex offender appeared in Cumberland County Criminal Court this morning after being indicted by a grand jury.

Court documents state that 30-year-old Cody Tyler Buccina is charged with violation of the sex offender registry and driving on a suspended license. He did not register a vehicle he was driving on time to authorities.

In court today, Buccina entered a plea of guilty to violation of the sex offender registry. He received two years to serve in prison.

He appeared on the sex offender registry after his conviction for rape in 2015.
