Michael William Krivak, age 43, was taken into custody by Roane County authorities yesterday on six counts of violation of the sex offender registry. He was originally arrested in Cumberland County last week. The report states Krivak did not register his vehicle or his new residence after living there for three months. He is classified as sexual and ordered onto the registry after his conviction in 2004 for lewd battery of a child. Krivak is scheduled to make his first court appearance in Roane County General Sessions Court October 6, 2020.
