On Tuesday, June 21, officers were called to a campsite in Cumberland County for a sex offender looking into windows and following females. Jeffrey Miller, age 57, let officers into his residence where they noticed an adult film paused on the tv. When the officer asked to look at his phone, Miller consented and the officer opened up the web browser to find google searches of “pre-teen naked girls” and other titles regarding “pre-teens”. Miller stated he was simply looking at bikini pictures and other sites would just pop up.

Investigators seized his cell phone.
