A shooting last night in northern Loudon County has turned into a homicide. Officers responded to a home on Ford Road and found 65-year-old George Harrill suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he passed away. A person of interest was questioned. The shooting remains under investigation and more information will be released at a later time.
