Cumberland County deputies responded yesterday to a home on the 700 block of Bowman Loop after shots were fired at the residence.

A female told officers she heard something hit her house but did not know what it was.

She went outside to see the home was hit three times by bullets.

She told authorities she felt the incident was an accident.

No injuries were reported.
