Rockwood police were sent to the Courtney Square apartments around 1:10 Friday afternoon where a reported gunman was at an apartment.

Officers went to the apartment and spoke with the complainant who identified the shooter as Spencer Moore. He alleged Moore came to his apartment and began to fire several rounds from a handgun into his apartment. Officers noticed several bullet holes in the floor of the apartment. Officers were able to locate the suspect in the breezeway of the apartments and questioned him where he was later detained.

Since there were three juveniles in the apartment with the complainant, charges of four counts of aggravated assault, four counts of reckless endangerment, and one count of vandalism of up to $9999.00 were placed as charges on Mr. Moore. He remains in custody at the Roane County Jail awaiting a court date.
No one was injured in the incident.
