The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Watch for all of Middle Tennessee, including Cumberland County, Pickett County, and Fentress County from late Thursday night through Friday afternoon. Dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind chills as low as 15 below zero. The dangerously cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
