PART OF NORTHSIDE DRIVE NEXT TO MAIN STREET TO CLOSE FOR 30 DAYS
Yet another construction project by TDOT in Crossville could make traffic worse.
City officials say a section of Northside Drive starting at Romo’s and Bojangles west to South Drive will close starting Monday, April 15, 2024, for 30 days.
The projected reopening date is May 14.
The reason for the closure is for crews to install a deep storm drain.
Residents can access Romo’s and Bojangles from North Main Street.
Drivers will have to use Highway 70 North to get on Northside Drive to get to homes and businesses west of the work area.
The city will see another construction area in May as the downtown sidewalk project is scheduled to begin.
