The parents of a young child who tested positive for methamphetamine have pleaded guilty to child abuse and neglect. 36-year-old Donnie Ray Gillman and 39-year-old Christina Dawn Mooneyham, both from Smithville, were arrested after an investigation revealed that they had been using the illegal drug around their 2-year-old child. Gillman received a 2-year suspended sentence to probation while Mooneyham received supervised probation for 2 years and judicial diversion.
